Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cybitix services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.

2. Services

Cybitix provides AI engineering, agent development, web/mobile development, and consulting services. Specific scope is defined per engagement in the Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

All work product created under a client engagement transfers to the client upon final payment, subject to the IP-assignment clauses in the SOW.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable net-15 unless otherwise specified. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
